European AI Ecosystem<\/h2>\n

In Europe, the adoption of data and AI technologies requires a well-coordinated approach that links the diverse interests of industry, academia, policymakers, various investors, user communities, and those of individual member states.<\/p>\n

In my role as Editor-in-Chief of the Strategic Research, Innovation and Development Agenda for a European Public-Private Partnership in Artificial Intelligence (SRIDA), my main focus is to connect the existing European AI ecosystem as well as to stimulate the establishment of a unified framework necessary for the adoption of AI technologies in Europe.<\/p>\n

This is based on my work as lead editor of the strategic research and innovation agenda of the Big Data Value Association (BDVA), with more than 200 member organizations, which I have managed on behalf of the European Commission since 2014.<\/p>\n
